The check-in process was chaotic with too many people involved!!! Hot water was slow and inconsistent!!! Amenities were lacking, such as basic toiletries and supplies in the kitchen!!!

Big size rooms, I had perfect experience.

Everything was perfect, helpful stuff, fantastic location not far from the train station as well as convenience store and the Kiyomizu temple. We loved rooms on level 1. We got essential facilities, like climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven.

Absolutely perfect location to a subway and helpful and kind staff. Tidy room with a washing machine and a movie, for instance.

The stay was fantastic with a home-like vibe, especially appreciated the spacious room which was perfect for our family. Being located near historic surroundings made exploring places like Chion-in and Nishiki Market easy and enjoyable. The kitchen amenities were great for quick meals, and having an in-suite washing machine was a lifesaver after our long days out. The check-in process could be a bit clunky with the QR codes involved, so maybe a little prep before arrival helps.

The check-in process was slightly cumbersome as it involved using a mobile phone for QR codes, which might be an adjustment for some guests, but staff were always present to assist with our questions. The living space was delightfully comfortable, great to relax in style.

Staying in Gion was great! The local dining scene is poppin', with Gion Komori and Sushi Izakaya Yataizushi just steps away. The best part? We scored a super spacious room with tatami beds that added an authentic touch for my fam. Plus, the easy check-in made our arrival smooth sailing.

I must say, the hot water was a bit of a diva-took a while to warm up and kept shifting around. They skimped on some amenities like cotton buds, but it honestly didn't dim our shine!

Minn Gion offers an very nice space with a kitchenette that's well-equipped for family meals, including a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was spacious and could easily accommodate our family's needs, with a Family Mart right next door for all our snack attacks.

The hotel is so close to the train and bus station, making it super easy to hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS for karaoke and then head to the ENTERTAINMENT district for some sick dance parties. the room was mega spacious and had everything we needed, plus a washing machine for our sweaty party clothes!

Would've been even cooler if they had a rooftop terrace for late-night hangouts with friends under the stars.
